The surroundings This beautiful property is located in a prime location in Talamanca next to the marina of Ibiza, called Marina Botafoc. Here you can endlessly marvel at the luxurious yachts moored in this harbour. In addition, there are also several beautiful shops where you can easily spend an afternoon in the shops of well-known brands such as Louis Vuitton, Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci, Dolce & Gabanna, Prada and Dior. There is also no shortage of good restaurants to relax after shopping. Swoon at the fabulous view over Dalt Vila when you sit at the popular Cappuccino or Calma. Both businesses are right on the water and have a nice menu that is definitely worth a look. The fine sandy beach of the famous seaside resort of Talamanca is also within walking distance of this spacious villa. With just a few minutes' walk you can reach the most famous nightlife club Pacha and within a half hour's walk you are in the center of the always bustling Ibiza town. Finally, for the visitors you will receive, it is very beneficial that there are many (free) parking spaces around this location. The villa This resounding home is located on the fifth floor of the beautiful Miramar apartment complex. The residence has a total area of approximately 310 m² and is divided between a main and guest house. The largest room is of course the main residence, which takes up 210 m² with five bedrooms. In addition, there are three spacious bathrooms, one of which has a bath and steam shower. The rooms are spacious and each has modern built-in wardrobes from the top brand Bulthaup in which many things can be neatly stored. Going to the gym is also superfluous, because a spacious room has been made available that fully serves as a gym. There is also an extra room that is used as a TV room with probably a spacious armchair. Finally, there is an additive small room where the washing machine and dryer are placed so that there is no inconvenience when these devices are at their service. The atmosphere in this residence is light, modern, homely and bohemian style all in one. As a basis, the color beige and wood has often been chosen, which creates a natural calmness. Through a spacious sliding door you can walk straight from your room onto the balcony and you can take a seat on the lovely lounge set. If you want to enjoy a dinner in the fresh air, you can sit at the wooden dining table that can serve at least six people.
